RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Shadow Concepts™ accepts returns under the following conditions:

​

1. Eligibility:
   - Items must include all original packaging, instructions, and receipt.
   - Items must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered.

​

2. Time Frame:
   - Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
   - Returns received after 30 days and before 60 days are eligible for in-store credit only.

​

3. Inspection and Restocking Fees:
   - All returns will be carefully inspected before a refund or credit is issued.
   - Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the item is altered in any way from the original condition.
   - Returns after 30 days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

4. Shipping Costs:
   - Shipping costs will not be refunded.
   - The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
   - For international returns, items must be marked as a return or warranty on the customs declaration to avoid custom fees during the refund process.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
   - Returns are not accepted on sale-priced items, custom products, or custom colors used on standard products.

​

6. Return Process:
   - Please do not send any items back unless you have contacted a sales representative for return instructions.
   - Email info@shadowconcepts.co.uk to receive return instructions.

Exchanges

- Exchanges are processed by returning the unwanted item for a refund and repurchasing the new item.
- If the new item is out of stock, you will need to wait for a restock.
