Domestic Shipping Policy

 

​Shipping Options:

Shadow Concepts ships through USPS, FedEx, DPD and UPS. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

 

Shipment Processing Time:

- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK and processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume periods such as new product drops, holidays, or exceptional circumstances (e.g., COVID-19), shipment processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping & Handling Rates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- For a shipping estimate, add your desired items to your cart and proceed through checkout. Shipping options will be displayed. We reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs based on carrier updates.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
- Shadow Concepts ships to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery to these destinations.
- USPS does not adequately insure packages or offer sufficient traceability, especially to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages sent using this method.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- To track your order, choose an option with tracking during checkout.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- If you don't receive the confirmation email, you may have entered your email incorrectly. If you created an account on our site, you can log in to view tracking information, account details, address book, and order history.

Damages/Lost Packages:
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, Shadow Concepts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

- Shadow Concepts offers international shipping options to most countries through UPS or USPS. You can see the list of available countries at checkout.
- International shipping can be expensive due to the size and weight of packages. The exact amount for shipping and duties will be displayed at checkout.
- We also have several stockists that might be closer to your location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Shadow Concepts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
